What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and the contents of your order. When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we hold that conversation.
We do not collect payment card details. Cash-on-delivery payment is handled by the courier, and any online payment would be handled by a payment provider on their own systems.
What stays in your browser
Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you choose to send us the order.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the courier who delivers your parcel, and only the details needed to deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and returns. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction.
Your choices
Write to contact.vedicvibez@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. If you joined the drop list on WhatsApp, reply "stop" and we will remove you.
