Shipping policy
How and when your order leaves us, what it costs, and what to do if it is late.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of confirmation. We confirm every order on WhatsApp first, so the clock starts once your size and address are settled.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Most Indian pin codes receive the parcel 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take a few days longer.
You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹49 flat anywhere in India, and free on orders over ₹999.
Cash on delivery is available nationwide at no extra charge.
Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. For international orders, message us and we will quote a courier rate before you pay.
If your order has not arrived
If the tracking has not moved for three working days, or the parcel has not reached you within 10 working days of dispatch, message us on +91 98152 06338 and we will chase the courier or resend the order.
